To lodge a warranty claim we require the below information to be filled in by you with as much information and photos as possible. From here we then submit your claim to the respective manufactures warranty department for approval.
Please note we can not act on warranty bookings or order any parts until we have approval.
We do appreciate your preferred dates so we can try our best to have all approvals completed prior to requested date ensure you a smooth process.
Alternatively if the warranty work required is urgent for you to continue travels we book you into our Service Department and on completion can provide you with an itemised job report for you to supplier your manufacturer for reimbursement.
